What's included in each box?
Each Bosca Box is carefully curated with selection of premium treats, toys, seasonal goods, clothing and grooming items tailored specifically for you and your pet. Our Luxe Canine Box is designed just for dogs, while our Elite Equine Box caters to horse and rider. Every box contains hand-selected, high-quality products to delight you and your companion.
Can I buy a single box or do I need to subscribe?
You can choose! Purchase a one-time box to try us out, or subscribe monthly to receive regular deliveries and never run out of your pet's favourites.
Subscription & Billing
How does the subscription work?
When you subscribe, you'll receive a box every month. You'll be charged on the same day each month, and your box will be dispatched shortly after.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account. There are no long-term commitments.
When will I be charged?
For subscriptions, you'll be charged monthly on the same date. For one-time purchases, you'll be charged immediately at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UK, however if you live outside the UK please contact us and we can discuss options.
How long does delivery take?
One time orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. If you have signed up to the subscription box then this is shipped on 15th of each month.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on all orders within the UK. At the moment if you are located outside the UK please contact us.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your box, please contact us at hi@boscaboxes.com within 7 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to make it right.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.

Can I customise my box?
Not at this time, items will be sent to you that have been hand picked to suit your pets size, gender and seasonal needs, as well as rider size and seasonal needs.
