Can I buy a single box or do I need to subscribe?
You can choose! Purchase a one-time box to try us out, or subscribe monthly to receive regular deliveries.
How does the subscription work?
When you subscribe, you'll receive a box dispatched on the same day every month. You'll be charged on the same day each month, and your box will be dispatched shortly after.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account. There are no long-term commitments.
How long does delivery take?
One off orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days and delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. Subscription boxes will be sent out on the same day each month and likely arrive 1-5 business days later depending upon location.
