SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via Jersey Post or other couriers. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days to UK.

Shipping Costs

• We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Regions We currently ship to the UK, however please contact us to discuss shipping options for other countries.

Subscription Deliveries Subscription boxes are dispatched on or around the same date each month based on your subscription start date. 

Delivery Issues If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@boscaboxes.com within 7 days and we'll resolve the issue.

International Shipping 

• We currently only ship domestically within the UK
• International shipping is available however extra postage costs will be incurred so please contact us directly to enquire. Delivery times may vary and customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Address Changes If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hi@boscaboxes.com as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.
